E3 (E3employability.com) is a free web-tool for educators to evaluate and improve employability skills.
- Provides clear feedback to students showing employability strengths and those needing improvement.
- Prepares students for the transition from school to work.
- Provides an opportunity to earn industry certification showing potential employers that your students have the skills they want.
- Holds students accountable to the business and industry work standards in the classroom.
- E3 also provides an opportunity for your local businesses to post jobs, job shadows, or internships.
- Utilizing the E3 evaluation will provide the evidence you need to recommend the strongest candidate.


Jon Torrence

Jon Torrence is a 22 year veteran educator and CTE school administrator. He and his partner, current Skill Center Director Pete Jelsing, recognized the need for a standardized tool to measure employability skills. E3 - Electronic Employability Evaluation was created to fulfill this need.
